Thanks to power of modern technology you no longer need to book yourself into establishments such as Auschwitz to be experimented on.
Today I thought we should examine the human experimentation program itself. More specifically, what are the goals of the experiments, how advanced is the technology, what does it reveal about the operation of the human mind and what model of operation is the US agency behind this program applying to the human mind? These are all fascinating questions and we have obtained some solid answers in these areas. We will also take a look at the technology as it was 10 years ago and compare it to where the program is today. Hopefully this will reveal the pace of development and allow us to speculate at what areas are causing issues.
I think most people will find this extremely interesting.
How The Human Experimentation Is Conducted
As far as we can tell at this point, targets of this human experimentation program are selected by some means. The criteria for this selection process is uncertain, however, the use of entire families including children has been verified. The use of entire families we speculate is for a wide range of factors. Firstly, most chronic medical conditions are hereditary and if you can establish certain medical history in a parent, then it becomes easier to expand upon that with the children. Additional reasons include the evaluation of what aspects each individual notices, what arouses a sense of suspicion, the ability to control anyone that does become suspicious and group interaction experiments (such as coordination, etc). We are not sure if genetics plays a role here, but we suspect that the program is cross-referencing this information as well.
Any target of this program does not necessarily know they are being experimented on. In fact, it would be almost impossible to tell unless their symptoms were perceptible and they entered a sufficiently shielded enclosure. This may give the target a clue, but it is by no means certain that they would make the proper connection. Those that we can verify all have one aspect in common, they have direct interaction with the artificial intelligence tasked with conducting the experimental program. Often they feel that they are interacting with a human given the complexity of the AI. Only those with experience of AI would be able to perform analysis that would reveal the truth.
The first stage of the program is mapping. This is not an easy task by any means and the world's most advanced supercomputer has been working for decades with tens of thousands of people and the progress is painfully slow, but at this stage its integration with the human body is quite complex. Given the nature of what is being done, the realities of how such a process works, it is without doubt there is an extensive trail of bodies all over this planet of those that have died or been murdered by this system.
At first, a semi-passive approach is employed to map common neural functions, such as image processing, auditory processing, feelings, emotions, sensations, special reasoning, inner monologue, etc. This is achievable by using a return signal alone referenced against known patterns stored in a database. Once this stage is complete, it then moves into a more active role.
The basic process involves saturating the target with a wideband radio signal of extremely low signal strength per frequency (much lower than that of a power-line at a significant distance) with different modulation schemes assigned to each frequency. The technology used to perform this is derived from an ultra-wide-band (UWB) radar. See here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultra-wideband
This means it is damn near impossible to see with civilian hardware, even most of the armed forces in any western nation would be hard pushed to see it. That said, frequency re-use is mandatory thus integration of a signal over time will reveal the broadcast.
The interaction of these modulated frequencies with the nerve endings in the body cause specific firing patterns along the nerves and ultimately in the brain. The unique firing patterns act as a tracer mapping the receiving nerves, the propagation to the brain and ultimately its path through the brain. This propagation is detected in the return signal of the radar broadcast.
Long term comparative analysis of these patterns generated by these 'tracers' reveal the neural coding schemes that control the nerve endings and reversing the process allows signals to be generated in the brain by an external radio signal that control limbs, eyes, bowels, feelings, images, sounds, etc. Even more complex is mapping pain nerves, touch nerves, fine muscles (such as the iris, sphincters, etc), controlling blood vessels (constriction/relaxation), suppression of thoughts, shifting the attention, stimulation of memories, hormone and neurotransmitter releases, etc.
As we can see the goal here is to establish a complete neural interface that is capable of controlling every function that the human body controls either consciously or unconsciously.
Sounds so simple when you know how its done and not so far removed from civilian EEG or fMRI based methods in terms of principle.
What this tells us is that the specifics each person experiences should be completely ignored. They are just tests of the current mapping, or used to further the mapping process. That said, given the complex nature of the experiences people have had it does indicate that the system leverages what functions it has currently mapped and integrates them into particular neural 'sequences' that deliver complex effects. We can see this in the experiences the target in these series of articles has had and the experience of those prisoners at Guantanamo bay.
Now that we understand this, what difference are there in the system over this last ten years?
The key observation is the level of fine control and coordination of major muscle groups. In 2002, the system was able to stimulate the entire body at once causing a target to writhe and twist, from the tongue to the toes. Today, the control is much more refined and extreme dexterity is possible and highly localised complex coordinated movement is possible. For example, fine control of the tongue, enough to formulate words is possible, fine control of facial muscles enough to cause a target to smile or have complex facial expressions is possible, complex control of the anal muscles is possible enough to go to the toilet or cause hemorrhoids, blood vessels to the penis can be control to induce or prevent erections, adrenaline can be introduced, the heart accelerated/decelerated, nerves endings can be animated to provide complex sensations of touch/pain/heat.
From this alone, we can see the obvious goal of the experiment. It is the progressive seizure of brain functions by the AI which effectively replaces the individual over time. A good pop culture reference is how the agent in the film 'The Matrix' can assume any body it has a communications pathway to. At this stage, the process is extremely slow but with the next generation of quantum computers and the information obtained by the current system, I am sure the hope is that anyone can be seized in an extremely short time frame.
Another observation is that the theory of operation of the human mind that has been employed over the last decade has collapsed. Looking at the experiments, it became clear that the system was stimulating a feeling/sensation along side an idea/concept to induce a compulsion which the target would act upon. It is difficult to say without in-depth analysis, but it would appear that the theory was that synchronous firing associated concepts. It is unknown if they felt or still feel that the brain is based on electromagnetics, but this synchronous firing has started to collapse in a major way in some targets whereas before it was a hit or miss affair.
In psychology, we would call this classical conditioning, keep in mind that there is no such thing as psychology. This is just the external perception by others of the activity of the underlying hardware (i.e. the brain). It is all physical, much closer to an FPGA than anything else.
There may be an argument that higher brain functions are isolating areas due to perceived corruption of inputs, however, this appears to be very specific and wide-spread. Not only this, but it is able to cope with new variants of the attack and focus its blocking mechanism only on important elements. It is like a stateful firewall in some respects and extremely robust. Without getting too deep into the theory of computation within the human mind, there is still the issue of data transfer between neurons to achieve binding of the conscious experience. Without modulation data would need to be replicated at every point and some form of spatial encoding employing a type of phased array does not stack up under extended analysis for numerous reasons. This raises a questions of how this 'firewall' functions, how conscious binding is achieved, how computation functions, how data is transferred, etc.
Ultimately, communication needs to happen in some manner. The available options are electromagnetic, chemical, sub atomic, strong force, gravitational force and space-time. Each of these communication methods collapse under analysis. The only thing left is a non-local event of some form, but I only mention this for the sake of completeness.
The collapse of the classical condition, or synchronous firing activity and its replacement with an apparent 'firewall' is very interesting. It can be compared to an auto-immune response that has been designed to protect higher brain functions in relation to independent reasoning. The fact that this happens tells us that the brain, or at least the genetic code, has encountered this situation before and has evolved coping mechanisms. That said, we have been unable to locate a historical record that could suggest where and when this mechanism evolved. Further, given that we can find no data transfer mechanisms there is an argument, at least, that this response is not a product of biology but something non-local. At this stage though, that is mere speculation.
Well, that brings us to the last topic of this article. The pace of current development. If the system were following a linear progression we would point to another 15-25 years before a fuller integration would be achieved. As we all know, computing power does not follow such a pattern and quantum machines are presently coming online at an increasing rate. The transmission system is complex enough as it is, so we expect this to just increase in terms of capacity and be refined as time passes.
What should really concern everyone is the silence of all the major powers of such a deployment on a global basis and what that implies.
